Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
