Seans Office ROCKS! My husband and I are in our 50s, Bruce and I have been with Seans office and State Farm for over 20 years. Everytime that we have questions or a claim, Lisa, Janet or Sean are always there to help. I keep telling Sean everytime I see him "dont ever retire!" Thanks!!!!! Recently I had a lot of damage to my roof and siding due to a May hail storm. Seans office called me the night of the storm and walked me through the process of the claim. Within 2 days I was paid for the claim and the work was completed in 1 week. This is the reason I have State Farm and lucky to have Sean as my agent! Never changing insurance companies. From Wilson

Best Agency I've ever had! My wife and I are now living in our 5th city in 15 years. What a waste of time and money This specific office and their employees did not deserve my money. Although I was always prompt in paying my bills, they would often not return my calls and answer my qestions when I called. I had a bitter experience when I returned from my vacation and found an additional bill in the mail, after I had alrady paid my premiums for the time being. Their explanation? Over use of telephone support. I have taken my business elsewhere and I am much happier with my current provider.
