I had to rewrite my review since I had the most challenging time getting the staff to send the proper order for a test, I had to call multiple times to get someone to help. This office has done this multiple times , making ppl feel like they're doing you favor.

My primary referred me to an allergy specialist so I checked my insurance and found this practice accepts it. I also saw that they are taking new patients. Told my pcp and they submitted the referral. Waited almost a week and didn’t hear anything. Called my pcp to make sure they submitted the referral. They checked and said they did. 2 more weeks have passed. I have left 3 voicemails and nothing. I realize offices are busy. We have been patients of Dr. Palacios for years and he has been great. However we have been waiting months for an appointment in May and I just received a phone call that they need to reschedule and the first available appointment isn’t until August. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we have had this issue with his office and we are choosing to move forward with another practice.
