Doesn't work well with peers, belittling other Dr diagnosis. Poor bedside manner, full of himself. Staff is not diverse, additionally charging same rates as better facilities that offer convenience and better care. I won't be back. 1/10 do not recommend.
Dr. Fink, the nurses and the entire staff were very courteous, friendly, polite, helpful and nice. Made sure that I understood everything and when I asked questions they spoke to me in terms I understood.
This doctor chewed me out because my primary doctor at the time noted in my health account with the clinic that a colonoscopy was due. That was her job as she oversees my overall care and in no way was she telling him when to schedule an appointment. This happened when I went to him for another health problem I was having and rather than testing me, he diagnosed me with something that I found out later that I did not even have. I find him to be very unprofessional and someone that cannot be entrusted with my health concerns.
My Multiple Sclerosis has put me in front of a lot of Drs. I have never had a Dr speak to me the way Fink chose to. I walked out of that office crying. If you have an appointment with this man, there’s plenty of other options in the building. He is not worth any of our time. No one should pay to hear “this isn’t McDonald’s you can’t just ask for a colonoscopy” like we’re asking for a gift.
Dr. Link's nurse went above and beyond getting me scheduled to see the Dr. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
