After waiting almost year to get a wellness visit the doctor miscoded the visit and what should have been at no charge was nearly $500 out of pocket after 20 minutes he slapped labels on my record that were not accurate. Totally lost trust in this doctor. I will pay the bill but lesson learned to not go to this doctor ever again. In a positive note the staff was very nice. This was an eye opening experience.
