Sean represented a landlord leasing his property. Nice guy. Pretty communicative. However, we’re a military couple who walked into a cockroach infested property (see pictures). The Landlord returned money, but Sean and Better Homes and Gardens would not return our money. Unfortunately, my husband and I were moving from FL to VA and were unable to visit the place before moving. We were not given an inspection report and chose to terminate the lease on the move-in day.
