Sean represented a landlord leasing his property. Nice guy. Pretty communicative. However, we’re a military couple who walked into a cockroach infested property (see pictures). The Landlord returned money, but Sean and Better Homes and Gardens would not return our money. Unfortunately, my husband and I were moving from FL to VA and were unable to visit the place before moving. We were not given an inspection report and chose to terminate the lease on the move-in day. Sean is the realtor everybody hopes to find -- he's professional and knowledgable, but also somebody who becomes personally invested in your search. He is the definition of a team-mate who is both patient and understanding through a process that can often be challenging, time-consuming, and scary (especially to a young, first-time home buyer like myself.) Sean was my agent during my first time buying property. I knew I would be in good hands since we had known each other for several years before this interaction, but I know even without any prior relationship he is an excellent agent and a great person to work with! Most importantly he was very patient with me. As a first-time homebuyer, I had LOADS of questions, and not just questions about wanting to see properties (though there was plenty of that as well).
