I would not recommend Sean Brumelle to my worst enemy. After having State Farm Insurance for over 25 years, and never having filed claims on our homeowners (therefore not knowing the rules), Mr. Brumelle and his staff withheld information from us regarding the consequences of timing when filing claims. As a direct result, State Farm canceled our insurance and we had to carry high risk insurance for 2 years. Great Service! – Sean Brumelle has given us outstanding service as our State Farm Agent. He and his staff are very professional and courteous. On more than one occasion he has made appointments with us after hours in order to better accommodate our schedule. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Grand Valley.
