Incompetent and he wasn't even our attorney! Attorney for the other side. Only filed correct papers when we personally wrote to him and pointed out his legal errors (Bina was representation for the other side). Bina actually advised his client not to comply with a court order and judgment. Told his client to lie to the police in order to facilitate a trespass. Filed complaint with LAPD. Call Him - Seriously just do it – I received a two point misdemeanor that would have really hurt my driving record and insurance premiums.
