I requested a COI before they showed up for work, but they never sent it and showed up to my house without my permission. They had the audacity to say that I'd receive an invoice in the mail after showing up at my house without authorization, completely ignoring my request that no workers are to arrive without a COI. The COI still hasn't been sent. At first, it was waiting on the insurance company, and now it's they forgot to put my information on the certificate. Still never sent/received...
