From start to finish this was a wonderful and easy project. First Gerry came to give me an estimate which I found to be very reasonable. Jose and his team were here to install my new gutters today. Jose was kind, polite, patient and professional. He answered all of my questions. His team was extremely polite and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was complete. Definitely give Lindstadt a call!
I requested a COI before they showed up for work, but they never sent it and showed up to my house without my permission. They had the audacity to say that I'd receive an invoice in the mail after showing up at my house without authorization, completely ignoring my request that no workers are to arrive without a COI. The COI still hasn't been sent. At first, it was waiting on the insurance company, and now it's they forgot to put my information on the certificate. Still never sent/received... We had a service man named Pete install gutters this morning. Just to let you know what an excellent job they did. From installing to cleaning up. Definitely 5 stars
