Scheduled an appt for 5:30pm yesterday for an estimate and when they didn’t show up I called and was told the person was out golfing and didn’t think it was going to take them this long so they weren’t able to make the appt?! Didn’t even bother to call and let us know! I left work early to be here for them… extremely unprofessional.
DO NOT USE! STAY AWAY! POOR WORKMANSHIP & UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I selected and used this company to install 3 sections of seamless gutters on my home in Boynton Beach. Their installers could not speak a word of English and they did not properly install the gutters on the initial install. These gutters did not have the proper pitch to effectively run the water to the down spouts. I have requested adjustments and the owner argued with me that adjustments are not free.
