Dean installed approximately 900' of LVT in our basement. The project was completed in a day, left cleaner than they found it and at a very competitive cost. Most importantly we are very happy with Dean's high quality job. This is our fourth project with Dean and we will deffinately have him back for our next one.

WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE TO DATE! Do yourself a favor and avoid working with Dean Kociemba and and his crew. I was out of town for military duty and gave them access to my house on 7/12. I officially fired him on 7/23 with his team only having some of the upstairs vinyl plank laid and a single strip on the downstairs of a 1,500 sq. ft. home. WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER! After 4 weeks of “work” I terminated Dean even though he had not completed the final 3 bedrooms and one restroom. I could not take any more. Dean had access to my house since 5/10 while we were out of town on vacation. We returned 11 days later to find nothing was done. His start date changed from 5/17 to 5/24 to 6/1 when he actually started. Missed commitments was a pattern. Dean doesn’t take good notes and his memory is shoddy. Great at his craft, but terrible businessman. Hires his friends. Starts work at 2 or 3 pm. Constantly on his phone. Very slow to get the project done in a timely manner. Doesn't trust others to do simple tasks. Asks for tips. I was so fed up at the end I refused to come home till it was done. They then didn't clean up and left a mess outside my home which caused me to have to pay for a dumpster. Our house was left filthy. And they flicked cigarettes into my lawn and around my property.
