Incredibly disappointed with the customer service, or lack there of at this dealer. Went 2 days ago ready to buy a Jon boat... cash in hand. Paul (no customer service skills whatsoever) told me they had the title, but they didnt. They'd have it the next morning, and they didn't. Then it was overnighted to get there today. I called to speak with him and he was unbelievably rude and sarcastic on the phone. I flat out asked "so, you don't want my business then?" And his answer was no. Done. Just picked up a new boat today, very easy to deal with Paul, and Steve did a great job going over it an explaining everything on the boat. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly. If you need a boat or service I highly recommend them!

I just purchased a boat today and was a little nervous about traveling the distance (1:30 h) and being able to get everything completed in the time frame i needed. I will say my fears were put to rest pretty much as soon as i walked in . I was greeted by name even though we had not met before and was shown the boat right away. I called to see if they had a V Bow roller and the lady kept saying keel roller and I had to tell her several times BOW ROLLER. Then she said if I am going to have a attitude don’t bother coming over. Lost my business. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
