This company is terrible to deal with. They say you have 90 days to evaluate, but if the mattress is too high because the foundation is too high, they offer nothing. Stay away!!!! I would give 0 stars if it were an option!
I normally don’t write bad reviews but this brand is the worst! i ordered a queen size mattress but they sent the wrong mattress size and won’t do anything about it, they say go email them, which i have but no response. Can’t even get a refund or exchange as no one is “available” nor know how to give me a refund saying to just email them or put in a ticket which i have. The customer service is terrible! Never ordering here again. Worst experience ever.
