Horrible absentee management. The property manager has no authority to assist or help tenant with easy issue. She should. The company should also work with a long time tenant. 14 yrs or so. I have a medical situation, and on March 4 I was rushed to emergency surgery (clot in my arm). I knew rent was due and called. I was not able to pay until I got out, on 7th. Horrible upper management. I was let go for reporting mold thats been in the gallery for over 4 months (June 2025-September 2025 ) to the home office. Pam Brookes told me to add work orders for hazards throughout the property, then said I'm disrespecting the supervisor by adding the work orders.. The supervisor quit, 15 minutes later, returned to pick up keys again, then received a week vacation.. Racial discrimination at its best.
Only giving one star because I have to so that I can review. It's taken me almost a year to write this review because I can't think of words strong enough to convey how bad our experience was. First, our move-in was delayed due to them "correcting issues from the previous tenant" - not sure how bad it was before they corrected these issues, but it was not good when we took control of the property.
