I don't know if they have a shortage on staff or what but my a/c stopped cooling and as we know it's summer , so it's 90 degrees in the apartment and no one has contacted me to let me know what time or when they are coming and it's been 3 hours, when I know for a fact a/c and leaks are considered emergencies and come before any other apartment problem...Everytime I need maintenance they don't come until 8 p.m. or later
Some times they come, sometimes they don't. I called Monday and they still haven't made it here on Friday night! I will say that some of the workers are very helpful and I'm appreciative of that. That is the only reason my rating isn't lower.
