I called for emergency maintenance at 1:30 pm for my apartment High Country because the stationary piece of glass in my balcony door is fallin out because the spacer that holds it in is dry rotted and and has fallen apart. I now have a 6'x3' sheet of glass just waiting to fall. I called back at 430 as I hadn't heard anything about maintenance coming out.
