I had Sealwize do our deck about 3 yrs ago who sold me about the chemical properties guaranteed to protect the wood from deterioration. Well on a newly built deck we wanted to last so we were sold. A 25 yr warranty, we now know to be too good to be true. We noticed the wood stopped beading after the first week and they came out and reapplied.
