Front staffs are always grumpy and on their phones. I suggest some customer service training, and a simple greeting would be great. However the blood collectors are great, friendly and efficient so 2 stars.
Could the staff at the front desk be a little nicer please, noone greets you, no smile just to the point questions. Wait times are a bit long and lines are out the door, perhaps have 2 staff members checking forms.
Very good with paediatric pathology, helpful, thoughtful and clear instructions to ensure it all goes well.
Always have a good experience here. They do get busy sometimes - espec Mondays. But most days I go there I am in and out in 25 minutes. They have limited staff on Saturday - so better to go on weekdays.
