Every time you call there is no one to answer. And if by the grace of God you get someone to answer they never have the time of day to answer the few questions you have. I understand if they are busy but no reason to give the customer an attitude because you have to work. I own a paving/sealing business I know what it is to be busy. But I will never give my customers an attitude over the phone because they have questions. Take our name and number down when you’re less busy call back.
