Extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, Alex gave me advice and help me, instructed me I could buy upgraded parts at the same cost.
Tried reaching out to get help with their WiFi based app. No return. App doesn’t. There’s been no updates to the app in over four years. Don’t waste your time. Buy ultra legs.
Be careful they do not stand behind their products. I just talked to the owner about a discount for replacing my control box that went out after 3.5 years after it was installed by the dealership. He reassured me that the new ones are much better and that I should pay full price for that and take his word that it’ll never go bad, he also talked about how the old ones did not last as long and somehow that became my problem not a sea legs problem.
Absolutely love our Sea-Legs. I wouldn't own a pontoon without them. John, Alex, & Jake provide outstanding service. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend getting Sea-Legs for your pontoon.
