They are not professional. They are very poor at communication, and when you try to clarify something with them, they get very rude. Most people are not window experts, that's we call for estimates and to get questions answered. The staff seems to think we should know all the details of windows and seals and what-not. Sadly, there are almost no other businesses to choose from, but if you can find someone else, I'd go with anyone else. Two men went in my Friends back yard and went directly to her back sliding door shaking and wiggling it trying to make entry.Her dogs started barking and she went to The back and saw and questioned the two men. They said the were their to fix her door. Scared my friend she called the police. The two men were rude . She escorted them of her rental property. I was not home at the time but the people i live with told me about their experience today and i was angered, they did not knock on the door they went to the side sliding door and started opening and closing it over and over and then cussed them out and were not in uniform and had no proof they were from this company and they did not even contact the landlord to tell them they were coming, they were rude as hell and they are trying to make up stuff and say they did knock on the door and i would not use this company and never... read more

They almost got shot because my daughter and I thought two men were breaking in. They did not call or knock on the door. They just came through the gate and went around to the side of house and opened my patio door. Then cussed at me and was hostile because I was upset. They were in plain clothes. What was I supposed to think?! I do rent, but for three years the landlord has always notified me and the service companies also call ahead. This time landlord did not even know they were coming today.
