Two Sundays ago, my family and I came back from church into a 88 degrees home. I called almost every HVAC company in Charlotte and they all were either unavailable or closed. Prompt as could be considering what was wrong with my system... Thankfully it was under warranty still. Prices are for many behind the scenes things they have to do as far as when services are rendered.. order the part(s)... nitro or pressure testing....labor costs.... shipping part to them ... Recovery and disposal of old parts and or refrigerant.... That itself was not cheap.... AC unit was acting up and called for service. Tech was out here within 30 mins and diagnosed problem/fixed! Price was reasonable. Super impressed! I would definitely recommend and will use again!!! Thank you!!!
