They make it hard to cancel. Kinda ridiculous. Outside of that it’s a good car wash, a bit on the more expensive side.
I'm giving this car wash a review based on customer service, I was having a challenging day, knowledge my boyfriend was about to under surgery the following day and arrived at the car wash in distress, Amar, immediately put my mind again ease with his amiable demeanor and made me feel like I could drop my guards for a minute and enjoy getting my badly needed car wash crossed off my list. Very dishonest place. They don’t allow you to cancel subscription. They make you feel it is simple and easy but when you come to cancel, forget it. Moreover, they are very rude. I don’t recommend it at all.
This people are scammers. Please be careful, don’t use your credit cards. Don’t do membership. They say you can cancel anytime, but, no, they lied. I have been trying to cancel and they didn’t. Now, I am escalating to BBB.
