I feel that these folks are racist and have some of the worst customer service. Their car wash didn’t do a good job, so I manually removed some of the stains on the windshield and asked if I could get a rewash to remove the left over smudges on it. They refused. A couple of months ago I signed up for their car wash membership but had to cancel it within the month since I was going to be on a break. They had me fill out a paper form for cancellation. My car was super dirty from siting over a month and the auto wash cleaned it up real good! It was a free coupon promotion as welll. I’ll definitely come back…
