Our experience started off good but ended badly. Earnest responded quickly with an estimate to repair the chip in the windshield and came out to repair it a few days later. I was given a written “Lifetime Warranty On All Repairs” “No Cost To The Customer” on the chip repair. Well, the repair did not work so the chip turned into a huge crack causing the windshield to have to be replaced. The crack is exactly what we were trying to prevent in the first place.
