We just stayed here in August 2025. In one of the hot tub rooms. Do not stay in room 106 or 107. No privacy. There is a public deck right in front of those two hot tub rooms where anyone can stare at you. We won’t be staying here again.

Did I just pay $384 for one night in this place? You gotta be kidding me. What a dump. Good luck seeing the ocean thru the disgustingly dirty windows or feeling clean after a shower in the nasty tub. Oh and the room wasn’t even ready an hour and forty five minutes after check in time of 4pm. This place is gross and basic. Skip this place…trust me and all the other one star reviews.

The location couldn't be more perfect but our room was lacking too much for us to even consider returning. We brought a dog and stayed in their pet friendly accommodations. The floor was still dirty when we arrived. Sand and dirt turned our feet black when just walking from our bed to the bathroom. The microwave was filthy and matched the windows looking out to the beach (picture added). To top it off the water pressure was just a dribble.

I give this place 2 stars for its beach front location, pet friendliness, and we wanted a room with a hot tub and patio. Con’s: Cleanliness. The room we stayed in, 103 had hair from at least 3 other people before us on the floor. There was a nail clipping on the floor and some other dust/ hair tumbleweeds in the corners. The curtains have stains and rips on them. We did also order the romance package. That was not done because they could not get the supplies in time. Our room was booked 2 weeks in advance.
