This place is great! After the first hotel we attempted to stay at in Newport didn’t have any sort of deadbolt on their third floor rooms (we have a two year old who likes to open doors), we contacted this hotel. Kaitlyn was super accommodating and got us a room on short notice. Not only was this hotel cheaper than the one in Newport, it was also much cleaner and more updated. I would definitely recommend staying here!
This place is wonderful. The staff here is so kind and pleasant. If you want a place where your pets are not only allowed but genuinely welcomed... this is it. I have stayed here multiple years with my Sun Conure and they welcome her with open arms. When I left last (2 weeks ago) there were all types of dogs and my parrot. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very nice, and the hospitality is over the top.
