Decent places, bad people I like living here because it's very spacious and near the water but the maintenance is a joke. Things take forever to get fixed. The apartments are kind of thrown together. Uneven doorways, etc. Also, there's constant people coming from Pleasantville/AC areas parking at the vacant end lot and doing illegal activities down there.
