Staff is always nice and helpful. Great to be able to walk in and helps also being open until 9pm on most nights. I have seen all 3 doctors here, and all 3 are very Thorough. There is 1 with no bed side manor. But he truly care about his patients. I only know from my experiences. Thanks y’all
Horrible place. I went and said I need a referral for a neurologist and they never sent it out. I called to find out why it wasn't sent out they tried to tell me the doctor i asked for didn't take my insurance. yet my sister has the same insurance I do and goes to the same doctor. I had to call myself and make my own appointment. in September my son was due for is 30 month check up. they told him he wasn't due. j called my son's insurance and they told me no my son was due for his check up. My Husband had a blod clot that had to be removed in an emergency in Sept. We went back for a recheck and to get a referral for a Sonogramon his leg Per his Vascular/Surgeon. Dr Believes my husband has another blood clot. I called today trying to find out who they sent the referral to so I could call them. I am told that my Husband signed a Refusal of Medical advice. Rude doctor to the point of being mean and forceful and making abusive remarks. His name is Roy and this whole place is so so bad! It’s unprofessional and Seagoville needs a real MD Doctor and this place is a bad choice for even a simple health issue much less one of a serious nature! Do not waste your time as they will have you waiting 2 hours when there is only one person there?
