I'm so glad Shane was our realtor. First time home buyer and the process is daunting. Shane listened to what we cared about, knew the areas and helped us understand what we could find in different areas and helped us understand if something was worth waiting on or if we needed to act quickly. Not knowing the ins and outs, I had a lot of questions and he was always willing to chat through them to help educate me and so I felt comfortable.
