Tim to the rescue again... this time I was defrosting refrigerator and when finished, the thing would not turn back on..... with Tim on the phone I followed his instructions and if by magic it came back on! Perfect... and it saved the weekend .. not to mention a refrigerator/freezer of food!!!
I needed a dryer replacement knob — preferably quickly. Seagle’s was suggested to me by a local appliance store. And they had what I needed and I was able to pick it up quickly! Super happy with the service I received

Call Mr. Seagal and ask if he had and icemaker. Sent him my model and serial #. He said he had a used one and a new one. I told him I wanted the new one. Mr Seagal was rushing me to pick it up. When I got there he had left and was at another site. Told me to come to him. I did. When I got there it was the wrong one. So he left to his shop pick up the right one. The knob on my dryer turned but it wouldn't start. My husband called Seagle and they knew what the problem was without having to pay us a service call, the knob was cracked. I bought a new one from them, and it works as normal again. Their expertise in these machines was awesome, I will continue to use them for my home appliance repair, the price was more than fair.
