The knob on my dryer turned but it wouldn't start. My husband called Seagle and they knew what the problem was without having to pay us a service call, the knob was cracked. I bought a new one from them, and it works as normal again. Their expertise in these machines was awesome, I will continue to use them for my home appliance repair, the price was more than fair.
Beware! This guy is a crook and will try to rip you off! Needed a condenser fan motor for my samsung fridge. I called and told him the part number for the part I needed. He finally calls me back and said the part is out of stock, doesn't know when he would be able to get it and it was going to cost me over $200... meanwhile both Samsung and partstown have the part in stock for around $120. So why is he going to try to upcharge around $100 above list price and why would the part not be in stock? His excuse is he buys everythi... read more
I called Seagle's looking for an on/off switch for my Maytag dryer since it would no longer cut on. He quickly steered me in a different direction and walked me through troubleshooting myself over the phone. We determined I needed a new thermal fuse and he had them in stock. I was able to pay and even pick it up after hours. I had my dryer repaired within a few hours thanks to Mr. Seagle walking me through it. Neede a fuse for my Dryer, No store within 100 miles had it but Seagles came to the rescue and had just what I needed. Seagles is a lifesaver And customer service was great. I will definitely use him again.
My husband called all around town looking for a small part for our dryer today. This man was very helpful, and polite, offering to get it from Greenville for us the same day. He had great communication and updated us when he had the part at the shop. Would highly recommend and will use again if we need a part in the future.
