I had no complaints up until when I moved out. Upon moving out, I received a call saying my apartment looked great and that there should be no issues getting my security deposit back. After not hearing about my security deposit for weeks, I called to check in, to which they couldn’t give me a concrete answer on how much of my deposit I would get back or when I would receive it. I love living here! The property is nice and so is the company that runs it! Kelsey and Michelle are top notch property managers always kind and helpful. The maintenance team is outstanding! If you have an issue they are on it asap! They are very kind people with loads of knowledge and easy to strike up a conversation with, very personable. The neighbors around us are all good people. I have been here for going on 3 years and I don’t plan on leaving.
