if I could give him a zero I would but I am stuck with one star in order to write a review. In short got Russell to rebuild a shower as the floor had cracked. Waterproofing failed and water leaked under the shower into the adjoining room. Struggled to get Russell back to effect repair and waterproofing has again failed. Got Russell back to inspect and he was extremely rude, refusing to repair the shower and stating that it was only a $3,300 job and suggested I get the swimming pool tiler to re-tile the shower. Seriously?
