Received great customer service from Sebastian. I was dissatisfied with the cost of the meal. I mentioned I did not eat seafood. One of the alternative options was a veggie pasta. When I received my check I was charged for crawfish angelhair pasta $21.00, eventhough I didn't receive crawfish. Cost should have disclosed when the option was given.
Service was excellent. Our server "Josh" was very attentive to making sure we had a great experience. The food was cooked to perfection with excellent seasoning. We look forward to enjoying dinner there again very soon.
Robert will definitely be missed behind the bar. Sad when the current bartenders openly talk about the tipping habits of customers in front of other customers. From this experience I see why they weren’t tipped. Non-existent service and definitely not welcoming. I won’t be back!
What an absolutely amazing dining experience. Not only was the cuisine impressive (that grouper was to die for) but the staff was equally impressive and so attentive! Keep up the awesome work!
