This place is over priced garbage
After waiting over 45 min now past reservation, we still haven't been sat. Parties are just sitting at their tables finished eating yet none of the staff think it's appropriate to ask them to retire to the bar area.
Great piece of redfish, cooked perfectly. The raw gulf oysters were fantastic and served ice cold. Crab begneits... Wow. Also, they must have worked some service kinks out because ours was flawless. Each course came out to everyone at the exact same time, and there were ten of us. Never noticed a long wait between courses and we didn't feel rushed at all. Just a wonderful meal.
Well designed experience and we will blame some thing's on the new staff "jelling" if you will. We would like a little more separation with the tables for two. Won't ever allow them to sit us there again. Ask for another seat. When they got busy with large tables, our service was absent. Of course, they have an excellent staff but overworked and the smaller table suffers. Again this is probably just the new. Let's give them a month and we will return. Had the best-EVER Gulf Shrimp and Grits at Seafood R'evolution last night! Went without reservations on a Friday night but ordered from full dinner menu in the lively bar area. Enjoyed watching well-dressed people having a great time - felt like I was in Atlanta. They are headed to "5" from me..I'm sure it takes time to find the right servers.

Seafood R'evolution is a beautiful big-city restaurant with a warm communal Southern feel. The food, service, ambience and unique offerings make it Jackson's premier dining experience. John Folse and Rick Tremonto left no stone unturned in its unique design and concept. It's spectacular!
Food was delicious. The staff were very attentive. I had shrimp,poboy. The shrimp grits had a great taste .
