customer service for customer with medical restrictions have been great past year, BUT NOT TODAY
My son ordered his food over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. He gets to the restaurant and one young lady asked if he had been helped and he said yes. 20 mins hadn’t gotten there yet so he decided to stand to the side upfront and wait. 40 mins came and gone and no one else addressed him to help him at all.
