BUYER BEWARE! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! My wife and I bought a box of Otap for snacking. But the product was so tough you cant even bite into it. To make matters worse, I was told that there are no returns on anything. They should remove the product from their shelf as the thing is not for human consumption. USING THE PANDEMIC AS AN EXCUSE FOR POOR SERVICE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! went into store after 10 minutes a lady tells me a mask is required and pretty much kicked me out. I left my cart with groceries. A man at the entrance NEVER told me a mask was required. At least just give a warning for next time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. extremely dissapointed. And what the man spray your hands at the entrance is pretty much water.. pretty pathetic!!
RecommendedPlease advice your fish cleaners not steal fish from costumers. It happened so many times already, I would buy usually 3 pieces of Philippine Bangus and come to find out after opening the bag upon arriving home in (Orange County), before putting them in the freezer, will only have 2 pieces. Worse, it looks like they also exchange my Philippine Bangus to a local milkfish with red eye, not fresh at all( I always chose bangus with clear eyes which indicates freshness).
