Never hire this company as they never make right the wrongs they made. I have been harassed and I own my condo. Do yourself a favor and never get in touch with this company, I'm 65 and it never ends. Run don't walk
Seaflower was hired by our landlords as the property management company for our apartment. There have been multiple issues where technicians have entered our apartment because Seaflower did not properly inform the technicians of the property layout, and when pressed on the issue resorted to blaming the technicians, despite the fact that we've informed Seaflower of the confusion multiple times. My wife and I rented a 4br 2ba apartment on the East Side recently and cannot say enough about the SeaFlower team. We reached out and were delighted that Jackie responded and reached out to us immediately to schedule a tour.
