I had 2 Cataract procedures, very friendly staff, my Optomologist Dr. YEARSLEY is very professional and has a great sense of humor!!
This experience was a glaring example of how the medical system is failing patients in this province. I arrived on time then waited 20 minutes while 4 receptionists loudly chatted about TV shows while doing nothing. Then I was rushed through a quick eye exam by an unsanitary assistant. After another 45mins, I finally saw the doctor—who was rude, dismissive, and condescending, never introducing himself, and completely ignoring my concerns about migraines and light sensitivity tied to my Bell's palsy.
