This place is great but unfortunately I relapsed after my first stay. I was going to outpatient so they did do me a favor and drove me to st Charles for detox when they didn’t have to. I would have took and uber. I had to anyways after I left the hospital because I waited for 5 hours in the er waiting room. I was the first one there and for 5 hours I watched them take everyone else. Long story short Barbara now says I’m not qualified to come back. This facility is a racket. The patients use drugs in this facility and do not offer support. I know this because they so graciously kicked my twin sister out of this facility for trivial reasons and she then died due to meeting drug users in this facility. Came in an alcoholic left with a drug addiction. I do not recommend this place for your loved ones. They do not have their interests or well beings at heart.
My sister in law lost her life due to meeting drug users and criminals in this facility and then they kicked her out. OMH should shut it down. In recovery myself its despicable
As a provider it can be difficult specifically on a weekend to have a nice warm handover in urgent situations. Stephanie in admissions was beyond accommodating and helpful.
I attended this program and although it is co Ed the men there were very respectful I was always able to share and never judge I would love to go back and be a crpa or just a speaker. The staff was very helpful
