The person who answered the phone was very impatient and unprofessional. Her tone was quite aggressive, and she didn’t really listen to what I was asking.
It's always a professional, expedient, and pleasant experience here. The dental hygienist Emily is particularly gentle and skilled at cleaning; it's unbelievable how painless she makes it compared to most hygienists.
Dr Choi has been my dentist for the last 4 years. He's good and professional.
Dr. Hao is a very nice dentist. She's very careful when she's cleaning my kid's teeth, gentle and patient. She also gave us lots of suggestions of teeth protection and cleaning. We'll come back for sure.
Great dental experience with Dr. Hao. She helped me for the teeth cleaning and emergency teeth filling treatment. very reasonable price, very quick time arrangement based on situation and always give me the heads up before the appointment. she is also good at handling with kids. My daughter had really great experience for doing the fluoride treatment and scheduled teeth cleaning. Thank you very much! For helping our family and treating us very friendly.
