This clinic and Dr. Hao is one of the best doctors in Canada since I have been in Canada 37 years from Ontario, Alberta and BC. The clinic receptionists are very helpful.
I had a emergency appointment with Dr.Choi today. He is very thorough and professional. Explained to me what's going on and how I can treat the condition. Front staff is super friendly and nice as well. I will definitely come back for the check up and cleaning in the future. Big thank you to Dr.Choi & staff.

The person who answered the phone was very impatient and unprofessional. Her tone was quite aggressive, and she didn’t really listen to what I was asking.
It's always a professional, expedient, and pleasant experience here. The dental hygienist Emily is particularly gentle and skilled at cleaning; it's unbelievable how painless she makes it compared to most hygienists.
