Veronica needs to learn how to answer the phone. I have been calling for days, leaving messages and no response.
Seacrest has helping their company to more then one job monthly payments 2-to 4 payments for the month not only century village. But other building throughout Florida that they maintain Their accounting department is not qualified to handle our payments they do not know the difference between a credit and a debit card And then when you call them they do not answer their phone
Frustrating to deal with these people. They are some of the most unresponsive and unfriendly people. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor If you try to follow procedures to get normal needs processed or approved. The staff that maintains our property are lazy and have no sense of pride in their work. It takes numerous attempts to contact them just to get a petty request accomplished.
I love Seacrest! Always very professional
