Be sure and find out if the availability shown on the website is accurate BEFORE paying the $300 in joint application fees. Beautiful property. Good management. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice community of neighbors. Excellent location, convenient and near the beach. Great place to live.

There is nothing to complain about this place. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The staffs are super helpful and always try to support you. The building is new and clean.
