This complex is great until your lease is signed and they get your money. They do not care about any of the issues with the apartment. In the past two years I've dealt with a possum in my air vent that eventually died because maintenance refused to acknowledge their was an animal in there until my apartment smelled like decomposing animal. Also dealt with leaks inside my walls that were not correctly fixed which in return caused mold. Which I'm still dealing with. They just masked the problem with paint. I leased an apartment at Kingston Villas in Katy, TX for a little over a year. I loved living there and about 2 months ago bought a house and moved out. Moving out and terminating has been a horrible experience. I did not receive your concerns prior, the correspondence was going to another email in which the Assistant Manager was helping you with your questions and did respond according to the emails I have seen. She has also tried contacting you via telephone.
