All good, except when I got home with the car I found a small crack in the winshield;my salesperson was a please to work with, but she neglected to tell me they were going to reuse my license plates, when I got home I turned my plates in as required in New York State, so now I have no registration or license plates, and I won’t have a car to dive I 5 more days
The only reason I am giving this dealership a 2 instead of 1 star is because of Jeremy our salesman. He was the only great part of our experience. My husband and I went in Saturday (Labor Day weekend) to lease a new atlas cross sport. Found the one I wanted, got it for the price I wanted and we went into the finance part of it. After three hours of waiting for an answer, transferring insurance and my VW app, Barry the sales manager, said the banks were closed and we were just sitting in the “queue”. Easy process and low pressure buying experience.
What a wonderful experience working with Jeremy, the salesman, Jennifer, the finance manager and Chris. They were professional and helpful. The transaction was smooth, easy not good BUT excellent. I highly recommend using Portsmouth VW.
