I had an airbag recall repair completed at this dealership. Immediately after the repair, the driver-side window auto-up stopped working. I returned to report the issue, but the service department refused to even inspect it and simply stated it was unrelated, without performing any diagnostic check. My experience had all the characteristics of a classic bait & switch routine with Bill & Tom. Agree on price and finance rate. Then change price for a feature that was included in the first price but wasn’t on the car first viewed online. Renegotiate price and agree on that. Then they change the finance rate and color of the vehicle. Not only did they lose this deal, I’ll never do business with this dealership.

I would highly recommend Emre to anyone looking to purchase a VW. Emre is very thorough in explaining every detail about the car…from setting up your personal specifics to random questions….he does it all. Very knowledgeable! Very personable answering all questions and making sure I understand all. FYI….i love my new Tiguan!
