This is a bad hotel the elevator got stuck at the 10th floor 7 times trying to go down and the G floor looks like a place for garbage but the rooms are good but above my room like what is happening up stairs???

I’m giving them a 5 star because at the end of the day this location is IDEAL for beach lovers! The beach area and access is amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and respectful as long as you treat them with respect back! With that being said; Do not come here expecting the Hilton or anything like that! The apt are nice but they are NOT perfect! So get over the fact that you might see some rust or some other things here and there! Rooms are dirty. Bad smell everywhere. Dust on the floor everywhere.this is our first and last bad experience. Staff at front desk rude. No one answers call in the lobby.don’t waste your money. Furniture is old. Kitchen utensils are dirty and no room service for towel ir toilet paper.they tell to guests bring your dirty towels downstairs amd get new one.our kids were very disappointed.
