After reading the reviews I was very nervous about staying here. A few girlfriends and myself booked a long weekend here for a little getaway, and I honestly have to say this place was not bad at all. I’ve read numerous reviews about rude staff, and every single interaction we had with the staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Nice apartment building in a busy Miami Beach area. The cleaning staff works hard and well, treat them good.

Great location in a safe area, about 3 miles from South Beach, so it’s easy to get there with a quick Uber or even a longer walk if you’re up for it. Like many beach properties, pricing reflects the location and demand, especially during peak times. I stayed during the boat show and Valentine’s Day weekend, so it was understandably busy. We booked a corner King Suite with two bedrooms, and the biggest highlights were the space, layout, and balcony.
