Had my roof replaced in September of 2017. I noticed a leak coming down the side of my chimney and staining the ceiling. I reached out via email and was told that they would stop by to take a look but I never heard back. I've emailed and left voice messages. Very difficult to get a hold of.
Offering to "give back" to the community is always a nice thing. Seacoast Roofing of NH this week has offered to Install a Brand New Architectural Shingle Roof on that Concession Building for the Baseball League in Dover, NH. Dover 11U All-Star Baseball is Hosting the Cal Ripken New England Regional Tournament starting this Friday 7/20/18. The new Roof will be fully installed tomorrow - Wed 7/18 thanks to Seacoast Services LLC & Seacoast Roofing of NH Team. Protecting Homes & Buildings since 1987.
They were excellent over the phone, before getting the sale, but that's about where the customer service ended. I want to be on record that I've never left a negative online review before (not even for a restaurant). Bill Covert and his team did an amazing job on my roof! From the ease of getting the quote, the design app allowing me to pick the perfect shingle color to the schedule updates. The crew was respectful and my roof looks amazing! Highly recommend and do to all my real estate clients.
Our roof was in bad shape and probably should have been replaced a few years ago. After receiving quotes from several roofing companies, we chose Seacoast Roofing to do the work. Other companies tried to upsell us on other work before even taking roof measurements. We will never use another roofing company. Seacoast Roofing & Bill Covert are BY FAR - the hardest working, professional group we've ever hired. We selected architectural black/grey shingles. The materials & the bin came as scheduled the day prior, the roofers were here at 7:30am and hit the ground running. While our house is not super large, our roof was complete & simply beautiful by 11:30a. The yard was cleaned up as if they never were here. I still can't believe it. I have hired a number of roofing companies and experienced some really good and really poor companies. Seacoast Roofing has to be the best I've dealt with. I was searching for a roofing company for my father in law's house as he needed assistance. To begin, the owner of the company was so respectful and honest with him. They came right out for an estimate which was very reasonable. Once we confirmed the job, they were on site in less than a week and completed the job in 5 hours! I mailed inquiring about an intermittent leak, with some before and after photos of the work I'd done to try and address it. Instead of taking the job and my money, Bill replied and suggested a DIY using Gaco sealer. I was able to get up and apply it the 23rd and so far have had no leaks. Thanks! Because you are very handy, and already had tried one solution, we were happy to offer you a DIY solution. Saving people money is always a nice feeling. In many cases, we will offer people a DIY (do it yourself) solution, as opposed to hiring us. It is great that using the Gaco product solved your leak - it is a neat product for many repairs.
