What a great leasing team at Seacoast Residences! Thanks Zack and Peter! The property is beautiful, and brand new.
As a previous tenants, we were overall pleased with our time at Seacoast. Never had any issues with management, all very friendly and helpful. If ever an issue arose (only ever minor issues like noise from the trash compactor or thermostat settings) it was taken care of swiftly. They were also accommodating when we had to break our lease early, due to Navy orders. The apt buildings, club house, pool and courtyards all updated and up kept nicely. Safe and quiet community. Bait and switch pricing, will advertise discounted rates on their website and apply impossible conditions to them. For example, in March, we were interested in an apartment with a June move-in date listed at a discounted price. After inquiring further, we learned that the discount would only apply if you move in before April. If that was the case, why include a June apartment in the special to begin with? I’m currently a tenant at the Seacoast residences. We notified them of a leak in our wall that was letting in excessive amounts of rain water, resulting in puddles and damage to our apartment. We have been forced to re arrange our living space and have been trying to get this fixed. Peter has chosen to be completely disrespectful and disregard the situation, despite admittedly not knowing what was going on, and told me “it’s just a little water” and to deal with it.
