The Air Conditioner has not worked in my apartment for over a week and I keep getting told different days and when those days come around i get told we are waiting on the part from the vendor. They have offered for me to stay in a hotel but I have to pay out of pocket and they will reimburse my renters account once I give them the receipt. So it takes money off the next months lease. I’ve been living here since May and I am absolutely loving it. The leasing office is really nice and the amenities are incredible!
I haven’t met many residents yet but the staff has been very welcoming and easy to talk to. The apartments are modern and well thought out. Any issues we’ve had maintenance is quick to fix! Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor amenities this summer!
