I’m currently a tenant at the Seacoast residences. We notified them of a leak in our wall that was letting in excessive amounts of rain water, resulting in puddles and damage to our apartment. We have been forced to re arrange our living space and have been trying to get this fixed. Peter has chosen to be completely disrespectful and disregard the situation, despite admittedly not knowing what was going on, and told me “it’s just a little water” and to deal with it. It’s a great place to live! The apartments have a modern aesthetic with an open floor plan and high ceilings. Lots of amenities! Management/Leasing staff, Zack and Peter are fantastic and so helpful!
I can’t express how wonderful Zach and Peter have been so far and I haven’t even moved in yet. I had so many questions that Zach answered or called me back with answers. From pets to their EV charging stations. Then when I called with more questions Peter answered them. After I applied for an apartment Peter called me back almost immediately to talk about pricing and apartments. He convinced me to do a virtual tour, which I am so glad he did!
