In a town full of unscrupulous realtors, the DuFrauds set a new standard in shadiness. They sold the unit I was living in without even allowing me to make an offer. Which I would have been a cash buyer. And without even considering other offers in this market they were definitely not being very good fiduciaries on behalf of the sellers they claim to represent. Which is not only bad faith business practices, but probably against the law. Whoever bought it definitely got a brother-in-law type deal. I guess I just didn't fit in... read more
