Initially was a good doctor, until I moved. They insisted I would have care until I was able to get another doctor, called the bridge program. About a month goes by and he stopped giving me my medication. Did exactly what they said they wouldn’t do. Watch out if you’re moving, they don’t care if you’re unmediated. No wonder the mental health crisis is so severe, finding and keeping a good doctor is impossible.
If I can give them less than 1 star I would people go to this place to get help and they don’t get help. Because of an issue with my insurance, I owe a back bill to this place and they refused to see me give me any help or help me with any medications. This place is a prime example why people in New Hampshire can’t get help with mental health issues and why it’s progressively getting worse because there is no help. They literally killed my mom with inappropriate and excessive medication. Then when she experienced the side effects on the black box she went to the ER begging to go to NHH where they would give her different meds Dr. Cole showed up, overdosed her on the meds that were causing the problem, and he sent her home without monitoring.
