Unpleasant staff, not what I would expect from such an establishment
Be careful if you're assigned Lindsay Shillieto. That woman is two-faced. She was telling me that I could trust her, she's not going anywhere, that she could "take it," whenever she saw me mad, and yet after our meetings she was apparently reporting me and venting about me to other staff. She would encourage me to show my anger basically by saying she could "take it," and then she would complain about my subsequent words or behaviors even when I apologized to her. My daughter goes here and will be removed. This agency has a habit of harassing people with their kids by calling DCYF making false reports especially when the cases were UNFOUNDED. These people are disgusting! A woman named Sophia who is a therapist at this agency lied to DCYF and spread defamation about me to them as well.
