3 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service they did NOT keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. i had to call multiple times throughout the weeks to receive updates. fortunately, i just so happened to call the day that it was ready (on a Friday), otherwise, i’m sure my car would have sat there over the weekend.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend As right now, I cannot recommend because the final result is not complete. I can talk about delivery dates that were not respected, about back and forth to assess the quality of the repairs and components used. This prevents me now to reccomend the shop to another person. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Car is still being repaired. Commitments with dates are not being followed. 4 Star : Likely to Recommend See previous comments. I will add that while my insurance company indicated I was eligible fo Extra Car Care Seacoast indicated the program was only valid in MA. I was disappointed! 4 Star : Repair Quality Subtract 2 points for late completion time, and recon cleaning rags left in car.
