Just received a phone call the day before a scheduled appointment canceling the appointment that was made weeks ago. I am in pain. I have worked with this office before so am surprised and upset that this appointment was canceled the day before. Did I mention that I am in pain?

I came to the ER. They were very, very busy and had many very ill people. Everyone was treated with empathy and respect. I was HEARD. It was taken seriously. Triage was with a PA-C, which escalates the service right from the beginning. The understanding and empathy was wonderful. The provider immediately ordered pain medication and nausea medication. They gave me a knee brace but never disclosed it would cost $173 that I was billed for 2 months later. If I had known I wouldn't have taken it. They said I can't return it even though I only wore it for 2 weeks and switched to a lighter/more comfortable brace I bought at Walmart for $15. They also scheduled me for a MRI and when I arrived there was a $200 copay. Granted my insurance isn't the best, but it would have been nice to know about the copay prior to getting to the MRI appointment (which I didn't end up getting). I s... read more
